Vendor Registration is Now Open!
Join us as a vendor at the 11th Annual Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park!
We welcome artists, crafters, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations to be part of this vibrant day of culture, history, and community.
Vendor Categories & Fees
- Art, Craft & Prepared Food Vendors: $106; Includes baked goods, coffee, frozen treats, and other pre-packaged foods.
- Food Truck Vendors: $206; For vendors cooking and serving food onsite.
- Nonprofit Partners: Free; Local nonprofits may register to host an informational booth at no cost, but registration is still required.
Note:
Vendor registration does not include tents, tables, or chairs. All vendors must have an active
Town of Hilton Head Island Business License to participate.
